How to use this list
- Find your name and check that your name, board and region are correct.
- Email confirmed means you clicked the button in the member notice email. If it says “please confirm”, look for the email from PAREB COMELEC (also in Spam or Promotions).
- Send your PIC means we still need your PRC PIC as a Real Estate Broker, Appraiser or Consultant, valid for the whole voting period (also when the PIC you showed at the NatCon expires before voting ends). Press Email me my PIC link next to your name, or Send my PIC after confirming your email. Sending your PIC from that link also confirms your email.
- Email wrong, not arriving, or shared? Press Update my email next to your name and attach a photo of your PRC PIC. The Secretariat checks it, then you confirm the new address from your inbox.
- Email confirmed but another detail is wrong (name, license number)? Press Request a correction: once the Secretariat allows it, you get a link at your email to make the change.
- Your name is missing? Email the Secretariat or tell your board president.
